What is Parental Alienation?
A situation in which one parent undermines a child’s relationship with the other parent through indoctrination, manipulation, brainwashing and other techniques.

Signs Include:
• Limiting contact with the other parent.
• Failing to inform the other parent of important information and events.
• Badmouthing the other parent.
• Undermining or erasing positive memories of the other parent.
• Undermining trust in the other parent.
• Undermining respect for the other parent
• Undermining love and affection for the other parent.
• Manipulating a child to fear the other parent.
• Manipulating a child to dislike, or even hate, the other parent.
• Manipulating a child to resist contact with, or reject, the other parent.
• Creating a loyalty conflict in which the child must choose one parent or another.
